help I need a studio

So Kids, I am currently working out of a 2 car garage, I need more room. Unfortunately the Phoenix area has little or no real artist spaces for rent. I will be researching this problem and hopefully creating a plan to make a studio space happen. I would be interested in creating a artist collective, gallery, reactor for people like me. I would love to find an patron or patrons that can make this come true. Create we must, create we will. Peace
